Through project Second Hope, we aim to aid in providing a new beginning in the corporate sector for ex-servicemen. 

 

We begin by understanding an ex-servicemen holistically- conducting one-on-one sessions with them and matching the requirements of their military role with one in the corporate sector. After this process of matching we provide them with the necessary training and qualification required to attain the role they were matched to, where practical experience is provided by donor organisations. 

 

In this manner, JSF aids ex-servicemen to have new beginnings in the corporate sector allowing them to have more financial stability and feel a renewed sense of purpose. 

 

Project Clean Loop (also run by JSF) is currently supporting this venture, ex-servicemen suggested by the Cantonment board are to be employed in the recycling plant.
