Philanthropy of Time
JSF promotes the donation of time. We seek philanthropists of time who possess a vast array of skills, from writing code to singing and painting. These philanthropists will aid us in setting up experiential workshops and mentorship programmes that will help differently abled communities harness skills that were previously inaccessible to them.
JSF believes in a new kind of Philanthropy- that of time. JSF promotes the donation of time, harnessing the power of the various skills and expertise possessed by working professionals and students alike. This new kind of philanthropy allows any and every individual to make a meaningful impact to our cause, allowing us to reach far and wide to like minded people and philanthropists.

Equity not Equality
JSF aims to create an equitable society by extending opportunities to all sections of society. Our central principle of promoting sustainable equity is fostering financial independence amongst disadvantaged groups.
At JSF we aim to create a society with equity, where every individual, no matter which marginalised community they belong to, has an equal opportunity to participate in society. Hence, we enable and upskill them where they fall short to give them an equal chance to sustain themselves and better their quality of life. JSF believes in financial independence instead of dependence on charity received money for those in marginalised communities.

Aid to Enterprise
JSF is a social enterprise supported by the Merchant Ventures Group of Companies. Our goal is to integrate disadvantaged groups into entrepreneurial ventures undertaken by the companies to create viable, sustainable support systems.
JSF is a social enterprise supported by Merchant Ventures group of companies, Aid to enterprise vision of the founders, a concept that can channelise philanthropy into economically viable, long-term solutions for the social sector. We believe in converting monetary aid into self-sustainable ventures run by the marginalised, hence providing them with a steady flow of income and empowering them to take control of their own financial stability. We believe in aid as an investment into the disadvantaged, helping to build the foundation they require to participate and succeed as equals in society.
Our Process
From start to end: Aiding in a complete transformation
From identifying in need individuals belonging to marginalized communities, to making them employable and continuing to provide a helping hand post their employment, JSF is actively involved in every stage of the transformation of lives of the marginalized.

Our Process

Recognising
We start by understanding the current qualifications of an individual, recognising potential in them to match them to an appropriate industry where they will thrive.

Upskilling
We then upskill them through online courses and physical training through our collaborations to help them attain the necessary corporate qualifications of the role they are most suited for.

Training
We then place them in patron organisations to gain practical experience, while simultaneously assigning them a mentor for personal development, hence training them holistically and making them employable.

Enabling
We believe in harnessing the power of technology to assist the differently-abled where they fall short, hence we equip them with AI enabled tools and provide the necessary training required to effectively leverage these tools and obtain employment.

Supporting
Our journey with an indivdiual part of the JSF world never concludes, we continue to provide support in the form of medical and financial assitance even once an individual is settled and has found employment.
